Founder’s Story

Caring for children was never just a job to me — it is where I come from.

I was raised in Trinidad and Tobago, where looking after one another's children and elders is simply what family does. I am a mother of four, and I cared for children in my home country long before I ever called myself a nanny. When I moved to America in 2024, I brought that heritage of care with me — and I have spent every day since working as a nanny and caregiver to families here.

I started Elite Heritage Concierge Care for one reason: I know what it feels like to hand your child to someone and hope you chose well. So I built the agency I wished existed — one where every caregiver is vetted the way I would vet someone for my own four children. Rigorously. Personally. With no shortcuts.
